If your concern remains unresolved
NymCard takes pride in a fair and thorough complaint resolution process. However, if you feel your issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to Sanadak — the UAE’s first legally established independent Ombudsman Unit.
Sanadak protects consumer rights and handles complaints related to Financial Institutions and Licensed Insurance Companies. It has taken over all consumer complaint-handling duties previously managed by the Central Bank of the UAE’s Consumer Protection Department and the Insurance Dispute Resolution Committee.
